When something fails, you need an engineer who knows the site rather than someone reading the panel manual on arrival. Contract customers get priority attendance.
System Takeovers
Inherited a system with no paperwork, or been let down by your incumbent? We survey what is installed, report honestly on its condition and standard, and bring it onto a proper regime.
Monitored Connections
Alarm signalling to a monitoring centre with keyholder or escalation arrangements, where the system and its certification support it.

Changing maintenance provider is far less painful than most facilities managers expect, and staying with a provider who is not performing is more expensive than moving.

We attend, identify what is actually installed, check its condition and establish what documentation exists. You get a written picture of where you stand.
Report
An honest assessment: what is serviceable, what needs remedial work, and what is genuinely at end of life. We will not condemn a working system to sell you a new one.

Will you maintain a system you did not install?
Yes, and a good share of our maintenance portfolio is exactly that. We survey it first so both sides know what is being taken on.
How often should systems be serviced?
It depends on the system, the standard it was installed to and whether it is monitored. We will tell you the interval that applies to your installation rather than selling you visits you do not need.
What if our documentation is missing?
Common, and fixable. We record what is installed, produce current records going forward, and flag anything that needs formally recertifying.
Do you cover multiple sites?
Yes. Portfolios across London are handled on one schedule with consistent reporting rather than a different arrangement per building.
