01 / Life Safety

Fire Alarms

Addressable and conventional fire detection designed to BS 5839-1, from category M manual systems through L5, L3, L1 and property protection categories P1 and P2. We establish the right category from the building use and your fire risk assessment rather than defaulting to whatever is cheapest to install.

Scope covers detector and sounder layout, panel selection and configuration, cause and effect programming, interfacing to door release and plant shutdown, commissioning, certification and the periodic servicing that keeps the system compliant.

02 / Detection

Intruder Alarms

Wired, wireless and hybrid intruder detection to EN 50131 and PD 6662, specified at the grade your insurance policy actually requires. Send us the policy wording and we will design to satisfy it rather than leaving you to argue the point at claim stage.

Options include app control, confirmed signalling and connection to a monitoring centre with keyholder or police response where the system and its certification support it.

03 / Surveillance

CCTV

4K IP surveillance designed around evidential quality, not camera count. Correct lens selection and mounting positions, sensible storage and retention sizing, analytics where they earn their place, and remote viewing that works.

Operating CCTV commercially makes you a data controller, so we design with signage, retention periods and subject access obligations in mind from the outset.

Access Control

From a single controlled door to a networked, multi site system with tiered permissions, audit trails and visitor management. Card, fob, mobile credential and biometric options depending on how the building is actually used.

Every access installation is interfaced correctly with the fire alarm so that doors release on activation and your escape strategy is never compromised by the security system.

05 / Ongoing

Maintenance & Monitoring

Planned preventative servicing, reactive callouts and monitored connections. We also take over systems installed by other companies, survey what is there, report honestly on its condition and bring it onto a proper maintenance regime.
